Battaland, Battastan, Umrika, Canarda and North Battaland are five unique and different countries that all operate in a global collaboration. While some are more cooperative than others, each country has a unique style of architecture defining the differences of each power.
The capital building in Battaland is known as Versailles. It was originally constructed by Battalouis XIII in 1622, and had housed the monarchy since then. Of course, Battalouis XIII died before construction was completed.
Battalouis XIV, the Quack Soleil, established the elaborate hanging gardens and lake on the grounds. It was the private and most luxurious of all lakes in Battaland. Battalouis XIV also invested in bringing fine art from Milan and Venice to the palace and it is considered to currently stand as the most valuable art collection in the world.
During the Battaland Revolution and Reign of Terror, the palace was not robbed or confiscated but ceased to be the seat of government. It was set up as a national library and art museum for the people of Quacbec. At the time, the most famous artist in the world for ducks was John James Audubon, who donated several masterpieces to the museum including "Les Canards" a painting that millions of tourists come to see a year.
Battaleon was elected consul and came to power, ending the Reign of Terror. He established a stable democracy for the ducks of Battaland in Quacbec, and moved to Versailles as his official palace. Of course, in 1810, Battaleon was conquered by a joint military coalition from Britain, Russia, Austria and several of the German states, which forced him to surrender his sword when they surrounded Quacbec.
By order of the British, Battaleon was exiled to Elba, where only recently he made his escape and found his way to a Spanish ship, where he flew to Battarouge in Louisiana, Umrika, to make his way up to Quacbec. In the interregnum of Battaleon, the palace of Versailles was taken back by the royals and Battalouis XVIII made it his residence. However, greatly unpopular and only temporarily in power before Battaleon's escape, made only one change. He ordered that "Les Canards" and all the works of Audubon be removed from his house. After Battaleon returned, Battalouis fled to Elisabeth's aid in the United Kingdom -- a country that remains an outspoken opponent of Battaland and Battaleon.
While Versailles is possibly the most luxurious palace, the largest and most elaborate is the White House. Located in the Umrikan capital city of Hollywood, the White House was shortly built after Umrikan independence from the British. Originally built without the middle house and tower elevation, this was added shortly after the first World War. It was a gift from weapons manufacturers in Battarouge and Alamo City, who made a large profit during the war and wanted to make the Umrikan presidential house much more stunning than any European counterpart.
Every Umrikan president has lived inside the White House, except the first president, George Washanddone and the 8th president Andrew Knackson. Knackson saw the White House as a building of far too much luxury and corruption -- especially after his predecessor, Marten Ban Ruwen was impeached for embezzling several billion dollars. Knackson lived at his plantation manor, just south of Hollywood in Alamo City.
One of the most famous Umrikan presidents to grace this house was Richard Blixen. Blixen famously mended ties with the United Kingdom and with China. He took the Umrikan foreign policy to new levels by first extending his hand to Battaleon, after the revolution, and to the Al-Sw3anoud dynasty for regional collaboration. It was even considered for a time that Battaland would adopt the Umrikan dollar due to the fantastic work of President Richard M. Blixen.
Speaking of Sw3ania. Saquack Hussein inherited his leadership into the former palace of King Abdel-Aziz Al-Sw3anoud. The beautiful old palace traces its ground work and frame to a former military fort built by Crusaders. In 1211, Pope Greedus in Rome called a Crusade together to bring Salvation to the geese living in the deserts of Battastan. They built this fortress in Londonistan.
After the Crusaders were defeated, and Londonistan was taken back by the geese, much of the Crusaders buildings were buried in the sand or destroyed. One of the leading generals, Salaquackdin, began construction of a magnificent palace over which the stone foundation of a knight's fortress once stood.
This palace has been inherited and maintained for the past 500 years by the Al-Sw3anoud palace. After the coup, Saquack Hussein briefly moved into this palace and maintained his rule as Battastan's first president. Saquack was assassinated by a helicopter rocket right on the steps before the lake here.
The Mujaquackdin has moved into this location, and vandalized the artwork of the ground. It is against Geese culture to have statues displaying the images of any face. Ayatollah Ali Quackmeini has seen to it that the palace become a frequent place of prayer and meditation in Battastan. It is one of his goals to revive the city of Londonistan as a religious haven for the Geese.
To the very north of Umrika, and west of Battaland, sits the remote and mountainous nation of Canarda. Famous for its liberal yet pro-business atmosphere, Canarda offers free health care, free education and one of the most compatible tax codes for small businesses to develop. At one time, Sw3ania also offered free education and healthcare, during the rule of the King.
Canarda is a democracy. It has been a land that has sat quietly above the wars of Umrika, and the terrorism in the East. At which time the land of Canarda was developing as an enterprising green society. There was speculation that Umrika was taxing the people too heavily, and not giving the people any benefits. In fact, to this day, Umrika does not have universal healthcare or free education. Medical and Educational costs have skyrocketed in Umrika.
The Prime Ministers of Canarda have resided in an old castle -- not as flashy as in Hollywood -- located atop Henzollen Hill. Henzollen Hill is also the seat of the parliament, although the members of parliament do not reside or lodge within Henzollen Castle. The Canardan dollar briefly surpassed the Umrikan dollar in 2008, after the economic crisis. However, the Umrikan economy has significantly improved since then.
Last on this list is the Palace of Donald Duck, located in Pyongquack. Donald envisioned taking the poverty induced city of Pyongquack into a vibrant 23rd Century metropolis. Filled with monorails, glass buildings, and futuristic things. Donald designed his palace as an impenetrable sphere of fire-resistant titanium. In case of an explosion or nuclear attack, Donald's palace would not change.
The interior has never been photographed, but has been described as consisting of hundreds of secret rooms and passageways. The top of course is an open room which, if occupied, is not able for anyone to gain entry.
It is said that the top penthouse of Donald's palace is one of the most pristine and luxurious rooms in the world. It is also believed that this house has two distinct features. The first is a secret series of escape tunnels leading to a chamber five-kilometers below ground.
The second secret is that this house is actually a shuttle over a launch site, with the power to launch Donald's palace into space and orbit around the earth.
