New Construction in Quacbec

Quacbec - The capital city of Battaland. After a tumultuous yet bloodless coup, Battaleon has returned to power. Now set in his chair, Battaleon has proposed a series of plans to build out Quacbec and make it a more modern and thriving society --while keeping with the charm of a gilded era.

Excited architects have revealed plans and construction draws for new projects, expanding far across the realm of the free ducks."This is going to be the biggest change to our city since it was founded" announced Qauck DeLac, president of the Commission of Architects.

On the grounds of Battalouis sits a large lake with crystal water. Battaleon invisions it turning into a public place, representing the ducks victory over the oppressive monarchy. He plans to have a museum on the ground floor and host his palace above. One that shall welcome the ducks to visit and consult with the emperor himself.

Most houses and places of commerce within the city are not equipped for electricity or plumbing. Battaleon invisions a bathtub in every house and a heated coup for ducks in winter. For this, new renovations and envisioned modern building methods will be applied to the city of Quacbec.

There is talk for a national museum as well. Something to host all the artwork of Piquacso, Van Goose, Rembrandt and Quaccavaggio. There are also historic pieces from Battaleon's conquests in Egypt that need to be housed. Objects of art that he desires to enlighten and inspire the ducks of the realm for further self-improvement and self-development that will make Battaland great!

Looking forward -- past all things -- Battaleon plans to expand his city. In fact, Battaleon wants to build a modern and new row. Perhaps it will be centered with an Arc or possibly a giant metal radio tower with cafes and outdoor viewing. But for now these plans are unclear.

What is clear is that the ducks are expanding and Quacbec is becoming a modern first world metropolis, filled with lakes and supported by nature. Battaleon envisions to make Quacbec a city of infinite modern beauty within the next five years, and that it may last to remain for a thousand years.
