Quacbec - 06:24h. An Airbus 400 lands at Quacbec International Airport (QIA) and pulls up to Terminal A, Gate 6. On this special flight, circumstances were expedited and the plane landed over an hour before scheduled landing.
To the amazement and awe of the thousands of ducks whom gathered, Battaleon stepped out in full regalia. Yes, the emperor has returned to his ducks.
Only hours before, at this same airport, Battalouis XVIII and his companions fled for London aboard a private jet. Reporters chased after Battalouis for a comment, but he had none to make. After a series of reforms by the former monarch, ducks everywhere were in protest of how things were becoming as unsatisfactory as when Battalouis XVI was on the throne. However, the escape of Battaleon from Elba was not something they counted on.
At first, the army showed up to arrest Battaleon by order of Battalouis XVIII. However, with many cries from the crowd, the army laid down their arms as this is a most auspicious and wonderful occasion for the ducks.
When Battaleon emerged from the plane, he saw ducks lined up everywhere. Some in uniforms, others in civilian clothes. All cheering for him. A band started to play La Marseilles, which is the national anthem of Quacbec, and the thousands of gathered ducks began to sing.
Battaleon stood firm and triumphant as the ducks greeted their beloved emperor home. He spoke a few words;
"Ducks, Ducks of Quacbec. Today our nation is once again returned to us. Together we shall march to prosperity."
Inspired and cheering, the merriment has not ceased. Quacbec's parliament has already issued and passed a decree to return Battaleon to his throne, and tomorrow will be a national holiday --one of only two holidays passed by the new parliament. The first being Quacstille Day, when the ducks raided the famous prison and arsonal in Quacbec -- the Quacstille.
