After a violent night in Quacbec, Battaleon addressed the people in a speech this morning.
"I am appalled with the actions of Marine LeQuac. These refuges have done less damage to Quacbec in their entirety than Marine with her EN-UF gangsters did in one night"
Battaleon spoke briefly but mentioned to the press that he had to go and attend to matters of state concerning tensions at the Battaland border with Battastan. Ayatollah Quackmeini had only recently threated if soldiers stay on the border he would attack them.
The CIQuack released a report stating there has been possible ballistic activity in No-Batta-Land, located between Battaland and Battastan. During a war in the 1950s with North Battaland and Battaland both with claims to this plot of land, an all out conflict ensued. Battalouis ended up taking control of this land plot which Donald was illegally building a terrorist military base on.
After holding control over this land plot for 30 years, Donald made threats in the 1980s to take back this land by force. At the time, no one was aware, but Donald had secretly started building dirty bombs and had established a nuclear fission testing facility.
Battalouis's army did not take the threats lightly, and took it upon themselves to ally with the Kingdom of Sw3ania and Umrika, should Donald pursue further action. Shocking the world in 1981, Donald made a live broadcast stating that Pyongquack would launch a nuclear missile into the ocean.
24 hours of panic ensued, where intelligence and diplomacy first sought to understand how many nuclear devices Donald had in his possession, and secondly sought to make a peaceful compromise to the situation.
Umrikan president and mastermind, Richard M Blixen, somehow convinced the mad Donald Duck to agree to a secession of violence in exchange for the land plot to be vacated by Battalouis. Since then, this area of land has been known as No-Batta-Land.
While Marine LeQuac is focusing on exacerbating domestic hate against refugees and causing destruction in Quacbec, Battaleon is seeking to avoid a war with Battastan.
