Battaleon Condemns Donald For Launching Nuclear Weapon

After an explosion last night turned out to be a nuclear rocket miscalabrated in a failed launch from Pyongquack, Battaleon issued a memo to publically condemn Donald Duck for trying to launch a nuclear weapon into Battastan.

Battaleon
"While I strongly oppose the aggression of Londonistan, I more strongly oppose fighting ideas with nuclear weapons. They are dangerous for a reason. And now Donald is responsible for destruction within his own city."

It was assumed initially, given the location of the blast in Pyongquack, that Donald may have been on site of the nuclear explosion. According the CIQuack "In the past, Donald has attended the launching of his nuclear arsenal."

However, no evidence has arisen if he was at this launching during the malfunction. If so, North Battaland could be in the midst of a crisis. Donald has been the unquestioned absolute monarch of North Battaland for nearly 70 years. He is believed by the people of North Battaland to be the eternal president, and supreme ruler forever.

Statues have been built in Pyongquack resembling his image, in which the people of North Battaland worship as a diety.
Donald - Among High Command

Donald has taken a personal role in the development of North Battaland, a state which he founded, and has seen the last 70 years of youth born --even died -- under his iron fist. Donald built a city for them which he wanted to be an image of what life should be like. In the 23rd Century, "a time far ahead of time" as Donald put it.

He invested in the first monorail public transportation system, and also made the country entirely atheist and voided from previous duck traditions.

There has been no word from Pyongquack as to Donald's whereabouts. But if something should have happened to the despot, there is no wondering what might happen in North Battaland.
