La Russie affirme que le directeur général du FMI a été emprisonné parce qu'il avait découvert que les réserves d'or des usa avaient disparu.

Un nouveau rapport préparé pour le Premier ministre Poutine par le Service de sécurité fédéral ( FSB ) dit que l'ancien Fonds monétaire international ( FMI ) en chef Dominique Strauss-Kahn a été inculpé et emprisonné aux États-Unis pour des crimes sexuels pour l'empécher de révéler sa découverte du  14 mai que tous l' or détenu aux États-Unis Bullion Depository situé à Fort Knox a été 'manquants et / ou portées disparues »
Selon ce rapport secret du FSB, M. Strauss-Kahn était devenu «de plus en plus génant» plus tôt ce mois après les États-Unis ont commencé à retarder sa livraison promis au FMI de 191,3 tonnes d'or est convenu dans le deuxième amendement des Statuts d'accord signé par le Conseil exécutif en avril 1978 qui devaient être vendus pour financer ce qu'on appelle les droits de tirage spéciaux ( DTS ) comme une alternative aux monnaies de réserve Ce nouveau rapport stipule que FSB sur Strauss-Kahn avait  soulevé la question avec des fonctionnaires du gouvernement américain proche du président Obama, il a été "contacté" par "éléments du renseignement de l'Agence centrale ( CIA ) qui a apporté la preuve que tout l' or  détenu par les États-Unis »a disparu.
 Strauss-Kahn reçoit la preuve de la CIA, ce rapport continue, il a pris des dispositions immédiates pour quitter le pays pour Paris, mais lorsqu'elles sont contactées par les agents travaillant pour la France de la Direction générale de la sécurité extérieure ( DGSE ) que les autorités américaines étaient à la recherche de sa capture, il s'enfuit à de New York l'aéroport JFK la suite de ces agents directive de ne pas prendre son téléphone portable parce que la police des États-Unis pourraient suivre son emplacement exact.

Une fois que Strauss-Kahn a été arrété  sur un vol Air France à Paris, cependant, ce rapport FSB dit qu'il a fait une «erreur fatale» en appelant l'hôtel à partir d'un téléphone dans l'avion et en leur demandant de parvenir le téléphone portable qu'il avait été dit de laisser à son séjour français, après que les agents américains ont été en mesure de repérer son appel et l'arréter.

Dans la dernière quinzaine, le présent rapport continue, Strauss-Kahn tendu la main à son ami intime et haut  banquier Mahmoud Abdel Salam Omar de récupérer des États-Unis les éléments de preuve fourni ent par la CIA. Omar, cependant, et exactement comme Strauss-Kahn devant lui, a été accusé hier les États-Unis avec un délit sexuel contre une femme de chambre hôtel de luxe, une accusation que les services du  FSB a démenti au-delà de la croyance» en raison que  Omar est agé de  74-ans et est  un fervent musulman.

Dans un geste étonnant  à Moscou, Poutine après la lecture de ce  rapport secret a pris la défense de M. Strauss-Khan et  devient le1er  leader mondial à dire que ledirecteur du  FMI a été victime d'un complot des Etats-Unis . Poutine a ajouté: "Il est difficile pour moi d'évaluer les politiques des motifs cachés mais je ne peux pas croire à la version des faits tels qu'ils ont été présenté.

Elle confirme également l'engagement fort du Souverain à poursuivre ses efforts inlassables pour garantir la protection de toutes les franges sociales, notamment les enfants et les catégories vulnérables, les prémunir contre toutes les formes d'exploitation vile, et aller de l'avant sur la voie de la consolidation des choix et des grands chantiers conduits par le Roi, concernant particulièrement la promotion de la situation de la femme, de l'enfance et de la jeunesse, l'objectif étant de leur assurer toutes les conditions d'intégration sociale et de participation active au développement de leur pays, poursuit le communiqué.

Dans ce contexte et partant de sa position et de ses sentiments en tant que père et de sa responsabilité en tant que Roi, le souverain a assuré les familles des victimes de sa détermination à mettre à la disposition de ces enfants victimes tous les moyens nécessaires pour leur assurer un accompagnement psychologique afin de transcender les séquelles engendrées par ces crimes abominables et ces défaillances qui pourraient rouvrir des blessures non encore cicatrisées, ajoute le communiqué.

Is Egypt the Next Syria?

Originally, Egypt was the next Tunis. After Ben Ali was removed there, it was expected that Mubarak would be next. One of these old, long reigning dictators, grooming their children for absolute power.

Then, Egypt was the next Libya. United to remove Morsi who had failed his responsibilities to the people like Ghadaffi.

But now, will Egypt become the next Syria? A state in sectarian violence as well as political. Fighting as factions for authority over the entire Egyptian system.

In reality, the country was not united over a complete overhaul in Morsi. In fact, about a third of the population -- silenced by al Jazeera -- strongly supported the elected leader. Over the past week the Muslim Brotherhood and Pro-Morsi supporters have retaliated against persecution by rising up against the temporary military government.

But these protests are far from peaceful. Burning, yelling, stone throwing and even occasional gunfire has forced the military to monitor and bulk up security over these, their fellow citizens. The Pro-Morsi faction has been forced to keep quiet, but now they are speaking out and refusing to go away without answers. The Muslim Brotherhood pledged that they will either return Morsi to power or die.

With a promise like this, the country is destined to civil war. There is no strong leader who can represent the middle ground in site. Even among the  anti-morsi faction there is no clear leader for Egypt.

Bananas Thrown at Italy's First Black Minister

After taking office in April Italy's first black minister, Cecile Kyenge, has been up against racial slurs on a daily basis. But now...has it gone too far? At a rally, Italians started throwing banana peels at the Congolese born politician.

Outrage ensued, as the crowd began making monkey noises. Causing Cecile to have her bodyguards come on stage. Immediately, she was taking out to her Mercedes and driven back to her residence. No suspects were apprehended, but videos began pouring on youtube.

This is a shame, an outrage. Kyenge's main platform in Italy is to make immigration laws easier. Which upsets many Italians, that have lived and fought for their sovereignty for generations.

Is this any way to portray a government minister?

"Italy is a proud country of tradition," says Giuseppe Bonaro, an Italian citizen. He is upset that so much of the crime in Italy is due to immigrants; in fact over 90% of the murders in Italy that happen each year are responsible by immigrants to the Peninsular nation: "Italy is not a jungle, no one should be making a big deal about a Congo in our government. No one should be looking to change our immigration laws. look at all the problems that France, Netherlands and Denmark are having."

Natalie Visco is quite upset at the incident and sympathizes with Cecile, but disagrees with her message: "Immigration is not the problem, the problem is the majority of immigrants don't respect Italian laws." Visco was robbed at knife point by West African immigrants, after she was working late at the center for immigration naturalization in Rome. She has heard many stories from friends about similar robberies. "The worst is the online scamming. Fake emails and calls to old people regarding a credit card fee. It's disgusting!"

Italy is firm in not changing immigration laws. In Morocco, there's an expression "matnsach aslek" which basically translates to "don't forget your origin" Maybe when deciding to reform ITALIAN immigration laws, Cecile should remember that she's from the Congo. Clara quitte secret story 7 ?

Dans Secret Story 7, le couple Gautier-Clara vient de voler en éclat, et Clara ne s'en remet pas...

Eh bien on peut dire que ça, on ne l'avait pas vu venir ! Dans Secret Story 7, Clara et Gautier étaient un peu LE couple romantique à souhait. Depuis son entrée dans le jeu, la jolie blonde de 18 ans - qui a pour secret "je suis la fille d'une star des années 80", à savoir David du duo David&Jonathan - n'a d'yeux que pour le charmant Gautier. Un amour fou, qu'elle n'a pas mis longtemps à lui révéler, se prenant un "stop" de la part du jeune homme qui l'appréciait juste en tant qu'amie. Mais dans Secret Story, les liens sont plus forts qu'à l'extérieur de la Maison des Secrets, et se tissent plus vite. Aussi, le temps a passé et les deux jeunes gens se sont embrassés après une déclaration enflammée de la part du jeune homme. La jeune fille était aux anges et ça sentait bon l'amour et le romantisme dans les locaux de Secret Story 7. Seulement voilà, l'amour n'est pas tout rose, et Clara va en faire les frais...

Les rumeurs allaient bon train, et on était même amenés à se demander si Gautier ne manipulait pas un peu Clara... Lors du prime du vendredi 26 juillet, Gautier a eu un dilemme : choisir d'immuniser sa chérie pour les prochaines nominations, mais pour cela, accepter de diviser sa cagnotte en deux. Aïe ! Contre toute attente, Gautier choisit de garder l'intégralité de sa cagnotte et de laisser son amoureuse Clara en plan. Il confie en direct lors du prime qu'il prend cette décision car il reste un joueur et qu'il est venu pour jouer. Le prime fini, le jeune homme veut s'expliquer avec sa belle. Vexée, elle le fuit et ne souhaite pas lui parler. Il la coince dans la cuisine et lui barre le passage : elle va devoir l'écouter. Si vous vous attendez à des excuses ou à une explication argumentée de ce choix, vous êtes loin de la réalité. Le jeune homme explique tout bonnement à sa petite amie qu'il a fait ce choix car en fait, voilà un moment qu'il réfléchit et il ne veut finalement rien d'autre avec elle que de l'amitié. Bim ! Clara se met à hurler, et le traite de tous les noms - presque 30 secondes sans son sur TF1 nous confirment que les insultes ont dû pleuvoir ! Perdue après cette confession inattendue, elle n'avait rien vu venir, et personne dans la Maison des Secrets non plus d'ailleurs... Anaïs se dit choquée et compare Gautier à Julien, tous les deux faisant passer le jeu avant les sentiments des autres...

Le ministère de l’enseignement supérieur a décidé de supprimer le concours ENCG pour l’accès en 1ère année et de garder uniquement la sélection par moyenne generale

Bien qu’étant un bon filtre pour choisir les candidats ayant des aptitudes en communication, le concours oral et ecrit ne garantissait pas les conditions de transparence et d’égalité.

Cette année donc le seul critère pour accéder aux ENCG est la sélection par moyenne  et ce n’est pas pour autant une bonne chose, puisque maintenant la sélection par moyenne n'est pas suffisante.

On top of all this, the South African economy tanked after Mandela's ascension to power. With no economic experience, but the love of the people, the South African Rand crashed to all time lows under Mandela. Corruption ran rapid in the government. The slums and unemployment spiked.

And while the poor of South Africa suffered, Mandela's family embezzled hundreds of millions of dollars.

In the United Kingdom, earlier this week, there was more than just a royal baby. There was a nationwide electronic sensorship enacted. To watch or to entirely oppose porn; this is not the issue. The problem is a government in a "free" country is taking it upon themselves to ban reality. Was Snowden not enough to wake up nations and realize that there is a serious problem going on here?

Information is power and knowledge, and while morality is important this ban goes far deeper than that. By denying the right to access porn, is just the start in allowing a government the legal precedence to ban and censor other matters.

Pornography is immoral. A majority can confirm this. And because a majority knows that it's immoral, a government can use this as a subtle way to take on legal power to control the entire internet. Once legal precedence is established. It can be expanded far beyond just pornography. In fact, there is no difference from a legal perspective, now that precedence is established, between the UK and China (where facebook is forbidden).

The acts and rights of a government are far more complicated than the concern for immorality being accessible online. The more rights people willingly give to a government, the more power a government has to use in controlling the people.

The purpose of government is one thing, but the enigma of government is to control the people. Even a well constructed government, like in the United States, has lost many original freedoms and rights due to legal intervention. Such constraints are taxes -- like Medicare, Medicaid & Social Security. 78% of Americans paying taxes for Medicare & Medicaid don't even have health insurance themselves! Before 1913, there was only sales tax and property tax -- so only land owners & merchant transactions were taxed.

The United States spends over 1.415 Trillion in Defense spending a year. As well as over 75 Billion a year in foreign aid. This money comes mainly from working individuals and small businesses, trying to earn a living. And is usually pocketed by corrupt African warlords who torture and devastate their populations.

Today I lost My Best Friend

It started out like any ordinary day. But today I lost my best friend. Over a girl.

When he found out my plans, he told me that I had 6 hours or else. I could either have her or him, not both.

I didn't take him seriously, so I asked him why. Why do you make such a choice like this? Why are you forcing me to choose between you and her.

She meant nothing to me. I just took her to dinner. He is my best friend. And I kind of knew that he loved her. We didn't know each other until November of 2012. I was walking around carrying a bunch of boxes, and he offered to help me as I left the train. We started speaking about politics, and some how, found out we are very much alike.

I remember, we would meet for lunch at a classic old diner in Manhattan. He would order French fries, a big plate. He would always tell me that McDo had better fries. So I always suggested that we go over to McDo instead, but he explained to me "In New York, we go to diners. McDo is for tourists here"

When it all blew up. I couldn't think of anything like that. All I thought of was how unreasonable my best friend was being. How can taking a dame to dinner be worth an entire friendship to him?

So he told me -- I will climb up to the 99th floor of Time Square. And Then. I will jump and kill myself.

I didn't know what to say. I didn't know what to do. I thought h was just bluffing. But I couldn't have been more wrong. Moments passed and his facebook deactivated. I decided it wasn't worth it to text him. It wasn't worth it to call or anything like that.

And next thing I know, I put on Al-Jazeera. A man went "Allah hu Akbar" at 7:33pm, falling 99 stories into the street below Time Square.

I believe in angels. I believe he will be back. I just hope he can forgive me. Can I even forgive myself?

يعتزم بنك المغرب إصدار سلسلة جديدة من الأوراق النقدية، من فئة 200 و100 و50 و20 درهما، ابتداء من 15 غشت المقبل، وذلك في إطار التحديث المستمر للعملة الورقية بالمغرب.

وتتضمن الهوية البصرية لهذه الأوراق النقدية الجديدة صورة الملك محمد السادس، والتاج الملكي، وشعار المملكة: "الله الوطن الملك"، كما تحتوي كل ورقة نقدية على باب مزخرف مستوحى من التراث المعماري المغربي يدل على غنى هذا التراث، ويرمز إلى انفتاح البلاد.

أما بخصوص المواضيع العامة التي ميزت تصميم وطبع هذه السلسلة الجديدة، فتمثلت في التنمية والحداثة والتضامن والتنوع والانفتاح، حيث تم الاعتماد على مواضيع من قبيل: الرباط والدار البيضاء بالنسبة لفئة 20 درهما.

ويظهر في الأوراق النقدية من فئة 50 شجرة الأركان وشلالات أوزود، أما بالنسبة للأوراق النقدية من فئة 100 درهما فتشمل مواضيع الصحراء والأقاليم الجنوبية، وميناء طنجة المتوسط، ومنارة كاب سبارتيل بالنسبة لفئة 200 درهم.

وكشف مدير دار السكة، لحسن الحدوني، في ندوة صحفية يوم الأربعاء بسلا، بأن الإصدار الأول سيهم حوالي 20 مليون ورقة نقدية، وسيتم طرح الورقة النقدية من فئة 200 درهما للتداول بمناسبة عيد العرش، في حين ستصدر فئة 100 درهما بمناسبة عيد الشباب، و50 درهما بالتزامن مع ذكرى المسيرة الخضراء. وسيتم إصدار الورقة النقدية من فئة 20 درهما في إطار الاحتفالات بعيد الاستقلال.

وبعد أن سجل الحدوني ارتفاع الطلب الوطني على الأوراق النقدية خلال العقد الأخير، قارب 7 في المائة، أبرز بأن "تزوير العملة بالمغرب يظل منخفضا جدا مقارنة مع المستوى المسجل على الصعيد الدولي"، موضحا أن هذا المستوى لا يتجاوز 9,5 ورقة نقدية مزورة في كل مليون ورقة متداولة سنة 2012.

ولفت الحدوني إلى أن الخطر رغم ذلك يظل موجودا، نظرا إلى تطور وسائل الاستنساخ، مشيرا إلى أن إكراهات تدبير التداول النقدي تقتضي الأخذ بعين الاعتبار المتطلبات الجديدة المتعلقة بتطوير المعالجة آلية للأوراق النقدية، وفقا للمقياس الدولي الذي يحدد متوسط عمر سلسلة من الأوراق النقدية ما بين 7 و10 سنوات.

Secret Story 7 : Anaïs s'est suicidée

 Après Gautier, c'est au tour d'Anaïs de réintégrer la Maison des secrets. La Marseillaise en profite pour faire le point avec Emilie sur la trahison de Julien qui écoute attentivement la conversation !

"Sa seule faiblesse, c'est l'amour, donc ça m'embête pour elle parce que c'est quelqu'un de très bien."

De son côté, Julien regrette que la situation stagne ainsi. "Ça prend une tournure pénible parce qu'il n'y aucun effort de compréhension." Helen Thomas - Lebanese Journalist - Dies at 92

Helen Thomas, longest serving correspondent to the White House, has seen a lot of history before it was history. Originally born in Kentucky as one of seven children, her parents came from Lebanon. Her father, an Orthodox Christian, came originally from Tripoli with the name Antonious, which he American-ized to Thomas.

When Helen first began her career, journalism was not for women. In fact, she was usually the only female correspondent at press events. But Helen was ambitious, she had her heart set for Washington DC. She found a job working for the Washington Daily News, but then joined a widespread employees stike. The strike was unsuccessful, and Helen lost her job. She then found her way as a reporter for womens' issues at a different publication.

Her eye never left politics. She began covering the campaign of John Kennedy from a woman's perspective, all the way until he was in the White House. Which is exactly what she did.

With a fresh new approach as a woman, Helen sat on the White House's press corps. She listened intently and asked questions directly to the president, looking to inform her readers. Kennedy may have been the first president that Helen reported under, but was certainly not the last. 

In fact, Kennedy was just the beginning of a prominent career reporting with all the presidents of the latter half of the 20th Century. Originally as just "the" woman reporter, Helen was first at opening doors for women to enter into the elite echelon of reporting. By the Nixon administration, Helen lost her reputation as "the" woman reporter and replaced it with a reputation as "the" hardliner reporter. Helen asked tough questions, and was not afraid to press until she got an answer.

When Richard Nixon, 37th President of the United States, opened negotiations with China, Helen came along on the presidential plane. One of the few reporters to not only visit China, but on this historic negotiation with Mao Tse-Tsung and the Communist Chinese State.

Nixon's talks with China were an epic success. Swaying this complex Cold War enemy away from Russia, and towards the American people. This was the start of a strong relationship that has lasted well into the modern day, as China is America's ally and go-between with the nuclear North Korea. China is also the United States's largest trade ally.

She was happy to address classrooms, and challenged youth to be critical in thinking. Helen has not been afraid to challenge common views. In fact, regarding the Obama administration, Helen out cried against the heavy controls that Obama was forcing over journalists. She said:

"We have had some control but not this control. I mean I'm amazed, I'm amazed at you people who call for openness and transparency and you have controlled...not even Richard Nixon tried to control the press as much as President Obama"

Helen, the world is missing a powerful journalist. Regardless of your views on Iraq or Israel, you were a critical thinker and believed foremost in spreading a message without barriers. Your work for women and for Americans is noted, most reputably, in the history books.

How Journalists Are Pirating History

Take a look at this sword hilt recovered from the Queen Anne. A ship, wrecked off the coast of North Carolina, captained by the famous pirate, Blackbeard. It is an amazing find, brass, and pulled up along with 2 large cannons.

The thing is, of the hundreds with Blackbeard, and of the doubtlessly superfluous amount of captured weapons, the media immediately claimed that THIS is Blackbeard's lost sword. Yes, it is beautiful and from the same ship he was on. But to make such a conclusion has no basis.

Journalism. Media. Al-Jazeera. They are all about selling newspapers and advertisements. There is no claim, historically, that identifies this as Blackbeard's sword.

The cool reality is, this is a sword from Blackbeard's ship. This is an intact 300 year old bronze handle, smelted in the New World or brought across the oceans from Europe. This is a discovery, a recovery, and an artifact fit for a museum. But to go so far as to say this is Blackbeard's own sword is far beyond history and well into the world of dishonest journalism (like Al-Jazeera's coverage of Egypt).

- La bourse du centre l’ISESCO pour la promotion de la recherche scientifique:
Les bourses de recherche COMSTECH-ISESCO sont destinées à des projets de recherche porteurs menés par des scientifiques individuels dans la région de l’OCI. Une bourse de recherche à hauteur de 10.000.00 $US est octroyée pour une période de deux années.

- Bourses de recherche doctorale du Centre Nationale de la Recherche scientifique et Technique:
le CNRST offre une bourse de recherche destinée à inciter les meilleurs étudiants à préparer leur thèse de doctorat dans les domaines de recherche considérés comme prioritaires pour le développement du pays.
Le montant de chaque bourse est de 2.300 Dhs par moi et par doctorant pour une durée de trois ans.

- Bourse de l’Association Maroc Telecom pour la Création d’Entreprises et la Promotion de l’emploi
L’association a pour mission d’attribuer des bourses pour poursuivre des études supérieurs aux étudiants les plus méritants et appartenant à des milieux défavorisés. Maroc Telecom et Vivendi s’attachent à entretenir des relations de suivi avec les étudiants sélectionnés.

Yesterday's Cold War : Back on the Stove

Not everything was settled when Boris Yeltsin oversaw the fall of the Soviet Union. At least, not with the United States.

One of the final battlegrounds left over from the Cold War was US and Soviet involvement within Syria. The Assad regime imported Russian products; such as cars, televisions, refrigerators & ovens. Russia also sent in lots of weapons, such as the AK-47, tanks, and missiles. This was done in opposition to the United States.

But the United States is not against supplying Arab countries. Actually, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, UAE, Kuwait, Egypt, Libya, Oman, Yemen, Iraq & Qatar, are all supplied currently as well as historically by the United States. Lebanon had been supplied by the United States as well, but currently Iran overwhelmingly supplies sectarian groups with munitions. The United States regularly sells new fighter planes in the Gulf, an area favorite.

Syria has always been Russia's arm into the Arab world. And in case their influence is doubted, even Cocoa-Cola IS NOT available in Damascus! With recent political changes in 2007, Syria and the United States began friendlier talks with one another. However, with the recent civil war, the situation has completely changed.

While, seemingly, the civil war would prevent talks, it has actually opened up the Assad Regime to foreign options. Bashaar, who has been educated in the UK and speaks English as well as French fluently, has been talking with old enemies -- like the US and EVEN Israel.

Russia, Assad's old ally, has put a strong voice forward in supporting the regime. And in doing so, the United States has decided to bank with the rebel groups. Funding them, and sending over military arms. Could this spark conflict between the US and Russia? Or reignite the Cold War?

To Obama : Slavery Reparations, Not Good Enough!

Last night, during a dinner in Washington DC for top nationwide members of the African American community, President Obama revealed a new plan finally establishing reparations for slavery in the United States.

African American community leaders celebrated, until the amount was presented. Obama was willing to offer every African American $1500 a month for the next 30 years --as a gift from the American Tax Payers. This would also take place instead of the usual welfare check, an individual could choose the greater of one or the other.


"That's just not good enough" Said Reverend Laronne Jackson. "We voted for Obama because he is black. He knows the issues facing the black family and the black community. This is a slap in the face!"

Historically, African Americans were brought over to America as slaves throughout the 16th, 17th & 18th centuries. They were first brought to the Spanish colonies, for plantation work, then later to North America.

One of the little known facts is, westerners only sold and transported slaves. It was actually common practice in West Africa to capture tribes and enslave them. As well as enslaving criminals. Europeans, mostly Spanish, Dutch & English, came to the West African coast and bought slaves. Then they transported them to the American colonies to be sold.

Slavery ended in West Africa in the early 1900s, between tribes. However, some tribes that are more primitive still keep slaves to this day. Likewise, slavery ended in America in 1865. Although, only half the states had legal slavery --and even then it was only the social elite that owned slaves.

While an estimated 98% of Americans in the Civil War period did not own slaves, African American leaders still demand reparations are paid. The Obama compromise of $1500 is just not good enough, African Americans state.

The real question is. Are Moroccans who have US citizenship entitled to this $1500 pay off? Morocco is in Africa. So aren't we technically 1st generation African Americans? Not 12th generation African Americans? Maybe Moroccan Americans should recieve 12x as much a month?

Bombs & Earthquake, Down Under!

It's a part of the world often forgotten, and only because it is so far away. Australia & New Zealand. The two island nations, formerly British Colonies, are now member states of the British Commonwealth. They have their own separate currencies, and governments.

Even though they're relatively nearby, they are surprisingly different in many ways. However, today was an interesting day for both countries.

Wellington, New Zealand

Wellington, the capital city of New Zealand, was struck with a 6.5 magnitude earthquake earlier today. The ground shook and several dozen people are injured. But, no casualties or major destruction reported. It is not close compared to the 11 magnitude earthquake that rendered Japan into paralysis in 2011.

After assessment, there does not seem to be too much to worry about. Even though there were at least 5 after-shocks. Scientists believe that the most damage has been done, and New Zealand is not due for another shocking ground changer for at least a year.

For Australia, off the coast, is the Great Barrier Reef. This magnanimous coral display is home to one of the most beautiful reefs and ocean wildlife in the entire world. Giant manta rays, Tiger sharks, and colorful fish of over 240 different species.

Unfortunately, the United States dropped about 3 bombs over the reef today -accidentally. Destroying the basin after coral has spent the last several hundred years growing there. No word yet from Obama what the plane was doing there. Although, if Snowden was among the coral..he is definitely not going to talk any longer about US government involvement.

Greece Officially Begins Transitions to Drachma in 2014 - Talks Confirm

That's it. The Euro Dollar has officially begun termination in Greece. The Mediterranean nation will be the first Euro Zone country to remove itself from the Euro.

Antonis Samaras, Prime Minister of Greece since 2012, called together several members of the press and key euro delegates following the visit of Germany's finance minister.

Apparently, the meeting was not to discuss austerity, but to finalize plans on an agreement where Greece would officially leave the Euro Dollar -- almost entirely debt free. Germany has agreed to an interest-only payment plan until 2020, and then a payoff of the principle from 2021 onwards. 10% of the debt was not forgiven, amounting to $93.4 Billion USD.

"We're ready" said Samaras, "Greece has seen upheaval and the people want a change. That's why I was elected."

The new drachma will resume value at the old drachma, and begin mintage later this year. The first coins will enter circulation in 2014, and exchange with euros until 2016. After 2016, the euro will no longer be accepted as legal tender in Greece. And so ends the story of the Euro in Greece.
